Pálinkás jó reggelt
Chairman’s Series by Kristen and Orsolya England
~12 bottles
The name sake of this mead translates to ‘a brandy good morning’. Hungarians will say this to you when you were over-served on fruit brandy the previous evening. Buckets of plums, black currents and honey went into this. The fermentation was halted with Plum brandy and aged on oak. Drink as a cordial. Don’t be a douche and drink it by yourself. You definitely don’t deserve this.
