Joe to Kristen, ‘I want to brew your Patersbier for NHC’. Kristen to Joe. ‘Ok’. Very simple concept here. A pils made with Belgian yeast. What it lacks in number of ingredients it makes up for in complexity. Great pils malt backbone, spicy Belgian yeast and a hefty dose of finish Celeia hops.
